Initially really impressed and seemed like nice guys on the level. Within a few days it became clear one of the tyres had a slow puncture and within three weeks and 1000 the brakes are knackered and grinding. But because it passed the MOT it's not their problem. Apparently they don't check the cars themselves and rely on the MOT points and because there was an advisory they are saying it's not their fault. Even though they signed to say the brakes were fine.Do not buy from here unless you have an independent check of the bits they can screw you on as they 'aren't under warranty'.

Hi Sorry To Hear You Had A Problem With The Car the car you purchased, The Car came with a new 12 months Mot ,No Advisories .our PDI ,pre delivery inspection was all check at point of sale and signed by both parties, Then Around 3 To 4 Weeks Later You Rang Us Up Saying Your Brakes Was Making A Nose And You Ad A Slow Puncture, So We Explained That The Warranty Will Not Cover These Items, So You Was Not Happy, So We Decided To Check The Car Out, The Garage Informed Us, That One Of Brake Pads Was Low, Which Made The Noise Upon Braking, After You Have Travelled 1000 Miles Or More, We Discussed Amongst Ourselves, To Help, So We Instructed The Garage To Replaced Front Discs And Brake Pads, At No Cost To You, From NG

Bought a 15reg Vauxhall Corsa for my Grandson in July 2024 5,000 miles later checked car all over NO PROBLEMS AT ALL .A good used car .Excellent used car dealer Thanks again

Great price for our when we traded it in for our new one, Lee & Ricky are brill our 3rd dealing with them never had a issue cant recommend NG cars Direct enough , they even sorted the tax out

Brought a nice car from here recently. They was very professional and friendly, with no pressure. They also sorted out the tax for me and then delivered the car which was a really big help. Definitely recommend if your looking for a stress free experience.

Bought a very nice VW Polo for my Daughter from Rick and the team at NG. They were all very helpful and really nice to deal with. Had an issue with the brakes but this was fixed quickly with no questions. Would recommend and certainly use again. Thanks Rick and the Team.

These Lads know what they are doing when the buy in cars to sell. Very pleased with a Nissan Micra I purchased for my daughter Can hardly fault it drives really well. Good to deal with friendly and professional with a touch of banter. I will probably ask them to source my next car

My daughter was telling me that she was looking for a car. So not having much to do I looked for one for her after about 28 hours I found one for her. It was a blue Agila 1.2 automatic which i thought would be the best car for her knowing she was useless with a manual. I phon the company and spoke with a personTold him my daughter was interested in the car but could not get to Nottingham to look at the car with living in the Barnsley area due to travelling lock down. I asked him if paid the price of the car + deliver charge so my mechanic to check out the car and if he was not satisfied with it could return it if i paid the transport back to Nottingham . My mechanic locked at and said it was in good nick looked under the car and then the bonnet then then he got is diagnostic machine out and checked the diagnostic which was all clear then the inside of the car he checked out everything on the dashboard every thing was AOK .
