Been a week since I bought a 2012 Vauxhall Astra and wow. The car has been perfect for me, most people thought it was brand new the condition it came in. As a student and first time buyer, without my parents, I looked at lots of garages in the budget I had but the reviews being good didn’t mean anything for most dodgy garages on auto trader. When I found NG motors, the customer service was brilliant and it felt like a real business and not some cheap car company. I showed up and was shown everything in such detail, the car was immaculate!! From setting up my car tax for me, taking me on a proper test drive and showing that these people cared for their business they were brilliant. Can only recommend you go out of your way and buy from here. A special shoutout to the cleaning job done on the car, I don’t think I’ve paid a valet service to clean a car as good as the gentleman did on all the vehicles!

These guys have given me faith back in the motor industry. They have looked after me during the sale from start to finish. They made sure that i was properly set up to drive away. This company is professional and genuine. They really are the best. This is how car sales should be done as a legal standard! sadly there are too many bad eggs out there. These guys are genuine professionals with fair prices. The cars are properly checked and serviced and ready to be someones new pride and joy. I love my new car. An absolutely mint VW Polo Automatic. I brought my Citron DS3 from NG Direct cars, they have been amazing!! I was nervous at first due to having a bad experience with another car dealership but I can not fault these guys! I had a minor repair to my air con which they sorted for me under warranty straight away, with no concerns. The car was brought looking and feeling brand new, spotless inside and out, couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I’m so happy with my purchase and customer service I received!
